Today I resubmit again my draft report for checking started from chapter 1 until chapter 4.

Comments:-
- Some figures there's no explanation. Each of the figure or diagrams included must be explain or clearly defined in texts.
- Some explanation are missing. Gantt charts needed for PSM 1 and 2.
- Chapter 5 - conclusion is included. Reminded that maximum pages for the proposal is 50 pages. Figures such as Gantt charts, class diagram, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, interface designs and database designs can be placed under Appendix. So that, number of pages can be reduced.
- Introduction, problem backgrounds, objectives, scope, and project aims.
- Some of the literature reviews current existing portals, software and hardware needed.
- Methodology used.
- Designs - system architecture, use case, interface designs.
- Conclusion.

Comments:-
Chapter 3:
- Don't have to explain each of the methodology studied. Only give the comparison between methodologies and brief more about the one that chosen to be used for the portal development.
- Then, explain each of the phases in the methodology chosen. Few other contents in chapter 3 need to be removed as it needs to be done during PSM 2.
- Rewrite needed.
- Rewrite needed since some of the headings are incorrect. No more further checking by miss as I need to resubmit it again with the proper format.
- Interface designs was okay. Don't place the "Sign Up" at the bottom of the page, if on top of the page is better.
- Some of the content needs to be removed such as testing as it will be done in PSM 2.
